Chris Pratt’s already super-long resume is about to get longer. Already taking over Guardians Of The Galaxy, Jurassic World, The LEGO Movie, Super Mario Bros. and other properties, the ‘Parks & Recreation’ actor will now be voicing everyone’s favorite Monday-hating, lasagna-loving feline, Garfield.
Before you discount this as another craven Hollywood money-grab, they’ve actually hired a decent crack team to bring the fat cat to life. David Reynolds & Mark Dindall have been hired for scripting duties; the same duo behind favorites such as Finding Nemo & The Emperor’s New Groove.
